The NCPD Mentorship Initiative created five cohorts of ministry leaders who will work together for two years starting in October 2024. Each cohort has a mentor diocese with experience in disability ministry and a mentee diocese seeking support and guidance in this area. Both mentor and mentee dioceses selected two parishes from their diocese to accompany them on this journey. The initiative includes regular virtual meetings, strategic planning, in-person training and networking, and more! Please join us in praying for these ministry leaders.
