HONORARIUM, LODGING & MEALS
An honorarium of $1,000.00 will be paid to the keynote speaker. A complimentary full conference registration, which includes all meals and lodging, will also be provided; and a travel stipend of $600.00 will be paid at the time of the conference.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation will be provided or reimbursed. If ground transportation is requested please provide your flight itinerary.
