HONORARIUM, LODGING & MEALS
An honorarium of $700.00 will be paid to the keynote speaker, including a travel stipend. Please email a signed W-9 to Esther Garcia at ncpdevents@ncpd.org by April 30, 2022, for receipt of the honorarium onsite. A complimentary full conference registration, which includes all meals and lodging will also be provided; the honorarium will be paid at the time of the conference.

Ground transportation will be provided or reimbursed. If ground transportation is requested please provide your flight itinerary.

If you are using a PowerPoint presentation, please email an electronic copy by May 13, 2022, to Esther Garcia at egarcia@ncpd.org. Please also bring your presentation on a flash drive. Please print and bring copies of any handouts.
