Breakout and Panelist Speaker Information

1. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION, LODGING, and MEALS

Breakout Speakers and Panelists must choose from the following two options in the form below:

1. Receive a complimentary full conference registration, which includes all meals and lodging. No honorarium will be provided nor travel costs reimbursed.
2. Receive a $125. honorarium to be paid onsite. A complimentary commuter registration will be provided which includes all meals on the day you are speaking. This option is best suited for presenters living or staying elsewhere in the Bay area who do not require lodging. No travel costs will be reimbursed.

 

2. PARKING

There is no charge for onsite parking. Ground transportation is the responsibility of the speaker.

 

3. AV NEEDS

If you are using a PowerPoint presentation, please email an electronic copy by May 13, 2022, to Esther Garcia at egarcia@ncpd.org. Please also bring your presentation on a flash drive. Please print and bring copies of any handouts.
